Causes

Here at Clampitt Paper, we pride ourselves on being involved with a number of charities. Clampitt Paper’s founder, Max Clampitt, was dedicated to community involvement and giving back to those in need. We have continued his tradition and legacy of giving by being involved with the following groups:

United Way: Max Clampitt has been involved with the United Way since before it was called United Way. When he began his run with this community charity they were called Community Chess. At one time, Max was the president of the Community Chess. Clampitt Paper has continued to be involved in United Way since then and each year we dedicate a week to raising money within the company and have one Saturday deemed “United Way Work Day.” During this day, employees have the option to come in to work and the money they would have earned during that time is donated to United Way.

American Heart Association Heart Walk:  Clampitt has participated in the AHA Heart Walk for over five years as a company under IntegraColor. For the walk in September 2012 we raised over $500.00 during our “Heart Walk Week” that included fun activities with all of the great people at Clampitt. Not only did we raise money but we had a great time doing it!

Boise Box Tops for Education: “Paper for their Future” Boise is the only office paper brand that is connected with Box Tops for Education and has been helping  raise money for supplies since 1996 for grades K – 8. Clampitt Paper is a proud Boise merchant and supportive of the Box Tops for Education program as well.

International Paper’s Hammermill + St. Jude Children’s Hospital: Clampitt Paper is a proud merchant of International Paper and the Hammermill product. IP has pledged to donate a portion of Hammermill sales to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the month of November. We are proud to sell this product and support such a great cause.

The DREAM Fund: The DREAM Fund is an organization that helps those in the advertising, public relations and media industries who have been hit with a life-altering event or tragedy. This group, started in 1991, has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to those in need. Visit dreamfund.org to find out what you can to do help.

Paper For Water: Clampitt Paper first came across Paper For Water via their Facebook page and then reached out to see how they could be of help. The two girls, Katherine and Isabelle, along with their mother, then came to meet with Don Clampitt in the Sample Room and Creative Center where they found tons of fun papers that they could fold! The whole team had a wonderful time with the girls and love seeing how their efforts are saving lives everyday. Click HERE to watch a short video about Paper for Water.
