Yes if you have an account with Clampitt, at shop.clampitt.com you can purchase paper. Otherwise please contact Customer Service at 214.638.3300 or info@clampitt.com.

How can I get Samples?

You can come by or call our Sample Department at 214.638.3300 or email samples@clampitt.com or fill out a sample request form here.

What mills do you carry?

If I want to match a paper that I have previously used, can you help me?

Yes, if you come into our Sample Room, we can try to match your sample to one of our many sample paper stocks.

What is “specifications”?

Our Specifications department consists of three amazing salespeople that are dedicated to helping clients of all levels from start to finish on print projects. Essentially they match a customer to their perfect paper whether it be matching a price point, picking a specific texture or color, bringing an idea to life on paper, or simply having knowledge about each paper option.

What will I learn in Paper School?

At Clampitt’s Paper School you will learn everything from how paper is made to paper math and pricing to textures and different grades. You will also receive a Paper School Book that you will be able to take with you and use in your future paper endeavors.

Is there a cost to attend Paper School?

Paper school is free!

Tell me about the Paper People?

At Clampitt Paper, each sales person is required to go through a year-long training process in order to extensively learn each part of Clampitt Paper Company as well as thoroughly learn the “Clampitt Way” of doing business. We consider ourselves to not only have the most knowledgeable team in each of our regions but to always strive to know more about our business.

How do I purchase paper from Clampitt?

If you do not have an account with us, we would suggest you call or go to one of our FasClampitt locations first. If you feel that they do not have what you need, you can always call Customer Service at 214.638.3300 to set up an account or you can Request a Sales Representative to contact you.

Is the Sample Room open to the public?

Yes. Our Sample Room is open to the public Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Come in anytime, we do not take appointments.

What do FSC and SFI stand for?

FSC: Forest Stewardship Council – “is an international not for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. Its main tools for achieving this are standard setting independent certification and labeling of forest products. This offers customers around the world the ability to choose products from socially and environmentally responsible forestry.”

SFI: Sustainable Forestry Initiative – “Voluntary third-party forest certification began in the 1990s in response to market concerns about forest management and illegal logging, primarily in developing countries.”

I need a small amount of paper, can Clampitt do that?

Our FasClampitt Stores are more tailored toward small quantities and cash sales however if you need only a small amount of parent/folio size sheets we can definitely help you at our main branches.

I am interested in using the Creative Center for an event, who do I speak to?

Please contact creative@clampitt.com with your name, contact info and date of your event.

How do I find out who my sales person is?

You can call Customer Service at 214. 638.3300 and ask a representative who your salesperson is. If you do not have one, we will be sure to assign one to you!

Are you open on Weekends?

No we are only open Monday – Friday from 7:30 – 5:30

What are your receiving hours?

7:30AM – 2:30PM Monday – Friday.

What is the difference between the Sample Room and Creative Center?

The Sample Room is used to fill sample requests and for customers and creative minds to find the paper that is right for a specific project. Meet our Sample Room team here.

The Creative Center is a group learning space that can be used individually or for groups who want a creative space to brainstorm or learn in. We have the ability to host events of all types from “lunch and learn’s” to group seminars to social events.
