We have three service plan offerings: 

ON CALL SERVICE

If you have an error with your printing or finishing equipment that needs to be addressed right away, this is the plan! 

Our Clampitt Solutions team has a field of technicians, mostly with more than 10 years of experience, who specialize in Cannon, EFI, Mimaki & Roland machines, and will also work on others. 

Details & Rates: 

  • 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays
  • Travel time (from home base): $150/hr
  • On-Site work: $200/hr
  • Phone Calls: $35/15 minutes

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN - LOCAL

For local customers within the regions of: 

  • North Texas: includes Clampitt Dallas, FasClampitt Dallas, FasClampitt Farmers Branch, FasClampitt Garland, FasClampitt Fort Worth, FasClampitt Waco
  • South Texas: includes Clampitt San Antonio, FasClampitt San Antonio, Clampitt Austin, FasClampitt Austin, FasClampitt McAllen, FasClampitt Corpus Christi
  • Houston Area: includes Clampitt Houston, FasClampitt Houston Central, FasClampitt Houston Southwest
  • Oklahoma: includes Clampitt Tulsa and Clampitt Oklahoma City
  • Arkansas & Kansas: includes Clampitt Springfield, Clampitt Kansas City, Clampitt Arkansas

Details & Rates:

  • $250 for each printer per quarter (annual total of $1,000 per year)
  • Quarterly on-site visits
  • 1 hour of technician time per printer
  • Includes cleaning & inspection, calibration & replacing consumable components

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN - TRAVEL

For local customers outside the regions of North Texas, South Texas, Houston Area, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Kansas.

Details:

  • $400 for each printer per quarter (annual total of $1600 per year)
  • Quarterly on-site visits
  • 1 hour of technician time per printer
  • Includes cleaning & inspection, calibration & replacing consumable components
